Wobbly Wednesday... Kim's Killer Cappuccino Chiller

This week for Wobbly Wednesday I'm going to share with you a drink that my best friend Kim created. If you like iced coffee drinks, this one is for you!

What you need:
handful of ice cubes
1 cup of milk
2 tbsp of nescafe ice java
a "whack" of baileys (this is our technical measurement)
a blender or magic bullet

What you need to do:

Put all the ingredients in your blender, and when done add a straw and enjoy. :)

Wobbly Wednesday... The Big Punch

Sometimes when you're hosting a larger party the last thing you want is to get stuck behind the bar mixing drinks all night. The Big Punch is your solution! It's combination of gin, lime and ginger are amazing, and the ginger beer helps bring all the flavors together.

What you need:

2.5 cups of gin
1/8 cup lime juice
6 slices of ginger
3 bottles of your favorite ginger beer
slices of lime for garnish

What you need to do:

mix all the ingredients together in a punch bowl, add ice, and lime slices. Let stand for half an hour and serve. Makes 10 servings.

Wobbly Wednesday... Harbour High Tea

This week for Wobbly Wednesday I'm going to share with you a drink recipe my good friend Jen came up with while boating with her family. She calls it "Harbour High Tea" and she assures me that it's just as tasty and refreshing as it sounds!

Harbour High Tea

what you need:

beer (regular lager is great)

Sanpellegrino Limonata

ice

lime wedges or slices to garnish

What you need to do:

Pour equal parts beer and limonata over ice. Garnish with a lime wedge or slice and enjoy!

Window Pane Chalkboard ... DIY

I'm going to be making one of these for an upcoming wedding that we have booked in August, and I loved it so much, I wanted to share it with all of you. :) It's a really simple, but beautiful way to add a vintage touch to your event. You could use it to direct people to a designated area, for a welcome sign or menu, or to simply thank them for coming!

Wobbly Wednesday....What every girl needs to know..

Celebrate the release of the new Sex and the City movie like a true fan.... with a Cosmo! There's no doubt that SATC has influenced women all over the world with it's trend setting ways. The Cosmopolitan has been seen countless times in the hands of these lovely ladies during their wild escapades all over NYC. They affectionately refer to it as the "Cosmo" and is a symbol of their carefree, fun, sophisticated and stylish lifestyles. So get your best girls together, get all dolled up, have a good gab session, and enjoy a few Cosmos!

What you need:

1 oz Vodka

1/2 ox Triple Sec

1/2 oz Lime Juice

1/2 oz Cranberry Juice

Cranberry and Lime Wedge for garnish (optional)

What you need to do:

Mix the ingredients like heck in a martini shaker, garnish with cranberries and lime wedge. Sit back with some of your best girlfriends and enjoy!
